Commissioner's Initiative Commissioner’s Initiative For Kids ticket program Through the generosity of Major League Baseball and Commissioner Bud Selig, the Cincinnati Reds extend ticket privileges to registered, nonprofit organizations that assist those who might not have the opportunity to attend a Cincinnati Reds game. This ticket program is for both youth and adults. Please review the following process and mail a request letter on your organization's letterhead at least 3 weeks in advance of the game you wish to attend. All complimentary seats are located in the View Level – upper deck seating. On your request letter, please make sure you have all the information we need to process your ticket request. Please see the following bullet points:
Due to the volume of requests we receive, it is very important that you have covered the information we need. If your letter is incomplete (missing game date, missing number of tickets, where to send), we will consider your letter incomplete and not able to fulfill your request. The day we receive your request, please expect your tickets to be mailed from our office by U.S. mail 4 business days later. Due to the volume of requests, you will only be contacted if we cannot honor your request. Please keep your tickets in a safe location as they cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or not used. **All game dates and times are subject to change due to weather or broadcast schedule. Should your game get OFFICIALLY rained out and CANCELLED, you may select another game. We do need a second letter of request for the game you want to go to.,However, RAIN DELAYS are a natural part of the game and not subject to a second game.
